About
Muhammad Nadeem
I build and repair the software small businesses actually run on — websites that have to load fast on a phone, and the scripts that stop someone re-typing the same numbers every Monday. I work from Lodhran, Pakistan, for clients who are mostly not.

Nine years, honestly counted
I started paid work in 2017 — first as a PHP developer, then front-end — and have been independent since. That is 9+ years and ~100 completed projects across contract platforms, with a perfect success record. The Upwork profile shows the part with public reviews attached; it is the part you should weigh most, and it is one link away.
The pattern I am proudest of is not a number. It is that clients come back — a photography business in London and a company in Belgium have each hired me for three or more separate projects. Nobody does that twice by accident, and it is the only review that cannot be written in advance.
How I work
Measured, not asserted
Before and after, on your URL, with the test named. If I cannot show you the difference I have not earned the invoice.
Fixed scope, written down
One price for an agreed piece of work. If the job turns out to be bigger, you hear it as a question, not as a larger bill.
The least machinery that works
No framework a page does not need, no plugin doing a job three lines would do. Every dependency is something that can break later.
Told plainly when to stop
If your site is fine, or the automation is not worth building, that is the answer you get. It costs me an hour and saves you a project.
Check me before you trust me
32 reviews, a 100% job success score and a 100% hire-again rate, all written by clients rather than by me. Contracts there are escrow-protected, which is the right way to start with a stranger.
