How it runs

    You send the URL

    Nothing else. No brief, no call, no form with eleven fields.

  2. 02

    I measure it

    Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals on your live pages, plus the things a lab test cannot see — what breaks on a real phone, what a first-time visitor cannot find.

  3. 03

    You get the findings and a fixed price

    The findings are yours whether or not you hire me. The price is one number for an agreed scope, not an hourly rate that grows.

  4. 04

    I fix it, then measure again

    The same tests on the same pages. If the numbers did not move, I have not finished.

What it costs

Three rungs. Which one you are on is decided by what the measurement finds, and I will tell you when the cheaper one is enough.

Performance fix$750 – $1,200
The site is fundamentally sound and simply slow. Images, fonts, render-blocking scripts, layout shift and caching, in the order they are costing you.
Performance and refine$1,200 – $2,000
Same fix, plus the pages a visitor actually judges you on — the fold, the navigation, the one form that has to work on a phone.
Performance-first rebuild$2,000 – $6,000
The structure is the problem and no amount of tuning survives it. Rebuilt on the same standard this site is built to, keeping the content and the search positions you already have.

Fixed scope at every rung, agreed before anything starts. Work can run through Upwork with escrow if you would rather not pay a stranger directly — that is usually the right instinct.

What I will not sell you

  • A rebuild when a fix would do. The rung is set by the findings, and the findings are written down.
  • A score for its own sake. A perfect Lighthouse number on a page nobody can navigate has solved nothing.
  • Anything at all, if your site is already fast. I will say so, and you will have cost me an hour.
